摘　　要：高校学生是网络利用率极高的一个群体,也是网络舆情的主要生成力量和影响对象。分析了网络舆情对群体性事件的影响和作用,并对高校群体性事件网络舆情的分类、特点、原因等进行了研究,在此基础上,提出了高校群体性事件网络舆情的管控机制与方式。As a group with very high network utilization,college students are the main forces that generate power for the Internet public opinion and they are also the object of its influence.This paper analyzes the impact of Internet public opinion on the collective incidents and the classification,characteristics,causes of Internet public opinion of the college collective incidents.On this basis,a rapid response mechanism and procedures are constructed,and treatment principles and methods and information collecting and judging methods are proposed.
