摘　　要：分析了传统企业知识管理系统建设中存在的问题,借助用户创新的管理理念,采用本体模块化、集成化及其知识重用方法,构造了基于用户创新模式的KM S体系,并指出了其运行机理和优势,目的是提高企业知识管理系统的构建质量和效果。Aiming at the existing problems in the traditional knowledge management system（KMS）,a new KMS framework based on user innovation mode is put forward,which employs modular Ontology technology and knowledge reuse technology,then the operating mechanism and advantages of the system are pointed out,the target of which is to enhance quality and effect of constructing enterprise knowledge management system.
