胃黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤40例内镜下表现分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨胃黏膜相关淋巴组织(mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue,MALT)淋巴瘤内镜下表现特征,以提高早期诊断水平。[方法]总结40例经内镜及手术病理确诊的胃MALT淋巴瘤患者的内镜下表现资料。[结果]病变多位于胃窦部、胃体部,累及多部位者25例(62.5%),表现为溃疡型、隆起型、浸润型及糜烂型损害,以病变范围较大、病变形态多样、多灶性损害为特征。[结论]胃MALT淋巴瘤内镜下表现多样,内镜下深凿取材,结合超声内镜、免疫组化检查可提高内镜诊断率。[Objective] To improve the accuracy of early diagnosis,the endoscopic features of gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue（MALT） lymphoma were investigated.[Methods] The endoscopic features of 40 cases diagnosed by endoscopy and surgical pathology in patients with gastric MALT lymphoma were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively.[Results] The lesions were mainly localized in the gastric antrum and body.Twenty-five（62.5%） of the patients showed multiple site lesions,which were ulcer type,bulge type,invasive type and erosive,with the characterizations of larger,various shapes and multifocal lesions.[Conclusion] The endoscopic features of gastric MALT lymphoma are not specific.Endoscopic deep biopsy pathology combined with endoscopic ultrasound and immunohistochemistry examination can further improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
