摘　　要：本文通过对科技信息素质与创新能力概念的简述,讨论创新能力培养与科技信息素质教育的关系,详细分析以科技信息素质教育推动创新能力培养的具体途径。This paper describes the concepts of science and technology information literacy and innovation ability;discusses the relationship of innovative ability training and science and technology information literacy education;Detailed analyzes the specific ways of science and technology information literacy education on promoting innovation ability.
