摘 要:目的:研究慢性束缚性应激与慢性不可预测应激对大鼠行为学与海马神经元数量的影响。方法:成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、慢性束缚性应激组和慢性不可预测应激组,每组7只。以1%蔗糖水消耗实验模拟抑郁症快感缺失症状,测定大鼠自发活动以评估大鼠抑郁样行为,每周称量大鼠,以尼氏染色观察海马神经元数量。结果:经过21 d慢性应激,两个应激组均出现行为性抑郁;与对照组比,两个应激组每周体质量增长减少(P<0.01,P<0.05),海马各区神经元数量减少(CA1、DG区P<0.05;CA3区P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:两种不同应激均可致大鼠行为性抑郁及海马神经元数量减少。Objective: To observe the influence of chronic restraint stress and chronic unpredictable stress on behavior and the neuron number in hippocampus in rats. Methods: Twenty-one male rats were randomly assigned to control group, chronic restraint stress group and chronic unpredictable stress group. The sucrose consumption test was used to simulate the anhedonia symptom. The locomotion activity was tested to evaluate depressive-like behavior of rats, and the rats were weighed every week. Nissl's staining was used to observe the neuron numbers in hippocapus. Results: After stress in 21 days, two stress groups appeareddepressive-like behavior. Compared with control group, two stress groups showed less weight gain every week, the neuron number in hippocampus decreased in CAI, DG region( P 〈 0.05)and CA3 region(P 〈0.01, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Two different stresses type can induce the behavioral depression and the decrease of neuron numbers in hippocampus in rats.
