摘 要:从四川省雅安市采集的7份中药材植物样品中分离出106个内生放线菌菌株,采用16S rDNA-RFLP和16SrDNA序列分析研究了其系统发育。16S rDNA-RFLP将供试菌株分成了6个遗传群;代表菌株的系统发育分析表明,供试菌株主要为链霉菌属(Streptomyces);其余菌株分布于野野村菌属(Nonomuraea),小单孢菌属(Micromono-spora),拟诺卡氏菌属(Nocardiopsis),糖霉菌属(Glycomyces),厄氏菌属(Oerskovia),纤维菌属(Cellulosimicrobi-um)等6个稀有放线菌属,大多数供试菌株对细菌及病原真菌有较为广谱的抗菌活性。揭示了该区域药用植物内蕴藏着丰富的内生放线菌资源。106 endophytic actinomycetes were isolated from 7 medicinal plants in Yaan.According to the phenotype,the genetic diversity and phylogeny were determined by 16S rRNA-RFLP,the phylogenic tree was constructed by 16S rDNA sequences.16S rDNA-RFLP analysis divided the representative strains into 12 genotypes,which revealed that the genetic diversity existed.The phylogenic analysis classified the representative strains as genera Streptomyces,Micromonspora,Nocardiopsis,Glycomyces,Oerskovia,Nonomuraea and Cellulosimicrobium,respectively,and most of the isolated strains had broad antibiotic activity to the pathogenic bacterial and fungal strains.The results showed that the endophytic actinomycete resources were very abundant in this district.
