药物牙膏对齿龈内阿米巴的体外抑制作用

摘　　要：目的研究药物牙膏对齿龈内阿米巴的体外抑制作用。方法从牙龈炎患者口腔中取得齿龈内阿米巴体外培养,加入不同浓度的牙膏A、B、C和高露洁48 h后,显微镜下观察齿龈内阿米巴形态和数目的变化。结果牙膏A、B、C和高露洁均可以抑制口腔齿龈内阿米巴,其IC50值分别为3.58、3.93、3.72和3.56 mg/ml。结论 4种药物牙膏对体外培养的齿龈内阿米巴均有抑制作用。Objective To investigate the effects of toothpastes on gingivalis Entamoeba in vitro.Methods Gingivalis Entamoeba from patients was cultured for 48hs with different concentration of toothpastes（A,B,C,and Colgate herbal crystal）,and then the morphological feature and number of gingivalis Entamoeba were observed under microscope.Results Toothpaste A,B,C and Colgate inhibited gingivalis Entamoeba in vitro.The IC50 of toothpaste A,B,C,and Colgate was as follows：3.52,3.93,3.72 and 3.56 mg/ml.Conclusion Four toothpastes had the inhibitory effect on gingivalis Entamoeba in vitro.
