血清唾液酸测定在恶性肿瘤的临床应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清唾液酸(SA)在恶性肿瘤中的临床应用价值。方法:采用酶法对50例正常人、90例良性疾病患者及160例恶性肿瘤患者血清SA的水平进行了检测,并分析了血清SA水平在肿瘤不同病理类型及经过相关治疗前后的表达变化。结果:各恶性肿瘤组血清SA水平均显著高于良性疾病组及正常对照组(P<0.01),各恶性肿瘤组阳性率亦显著高于良性疾病组(P<0.01);各组织学类型恶性肿瘤组血清SA水平显著高于良性疾病组及正常对照组(P<0.01),但各组织学类型恶性肿瘤组之间血清SA水平无显著差异(P>0.05);恶性肿瘤患者经相关治疗后,病情好转组血清SA水平明显下降,与治疗前相比(P<0.01);病情恶化组血清SA水平有上升趋势,但与治疗前相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:血清SA对恶性肿瘤的诊断、治疗疗效判断、病情监测及预后判断具有一定临床应用价值。Objective To study the diagnosis value and clinical significance of serum sialic acid in malignant tumor.Methods Using enzymic method,we detected the serum sialic acid level in 50 healthy persons,90 benign disease patients,160 malignant tumor patients,and analyzed the serum sialic acid level changes in different pathological types and after relative treatment.Results The serum sialic acid level in malignant tumor groups are apparently higher than that in normal control and benign disease groups（P0.01）,the serum sialic acid level in malignant tumor of different pathological types is significantly higher than that in normal control and benign disease groups（P0.01）,while there is no significance between different pathological types（P0.05）,the serum sialic acid level in the improved patients markedly descent（P0.01）,while that in the aggravated patients has an ascendent tendency.Conclusion The serum sialic acid has practical value in diagnosis,therapeutic effect and prognosis of malignant tumor.
