摘　　要：采用防腐剂效力测试法观察了尼泊金酯类在特定浓度(企业普遍使用量和标准限量)下在不同类别的化妆品中对细菌的抑制情况,结果显示不同类别化妆品中细菌的消亡情况有较大差别,表明不同的化妆品基质对于防腐剂的抑菌效力有明显的影响。Preservative efficacy testing method was employed to investigate the bacteriostatic effect of Nipagin esters used in different categories of cosmetic products at specific concentrations（commonly used by enterprises and standard limitation）.The results showed that the disappearance of bacteria varied a lot among different types of cosmetics,and the bacteriostatic effect of preservatives were influenced due to different cosmetic matrix.
