摘　　要：研究了罗非鱼鱼鳞胶原蛋白寡肽对体外培养人皮肤成纤维细胞增殖与Ⅰ型胶原蛋白分泌的影响.采用WST—8法测定了胶原蛋白寡肽对人皮肤成纤维细胞增殖的影响,采用ELISA法检测了胶原蛋白寡肽对人皮肤成纤维细胞Ⅰ型胶原蛋白分泌的影响.实验表明,罗非鱼鱼鳞胶原蛋白寡肽能促进人皮肤成纤维细胞增殖(P<0.01),以及人皮肤成纤维细胞Ⅰ型胶原蛋白的分泌(P<0.01).To study effect of Tilapia fish＇s collagen oligopeptide on cell proliferation of human skin fibroblast which is cultivated in vitro and secretion of I collagen,WST-8 assay was used to measure effect of the collagen on cell proliferation of human skin fibroblast.ELISA was used to detect the effect of the collagen on the secretion of I collagen of human skin fibroblast.The results of the experiments show that the collagen oligopeptide can promote cell proliferation of human skin fibroblast（P0.01） as well as the secretion of I collagen（P0.01）.
