摘 要:为分析军事装备发展政策,建立了军事装备发展政策系统动力学(system dynamics,SD)的优化模型。对军事装备发展政策系统进行了定性和定量分析,探讨了系统中影响因素相互关系。根据系统关系图和流图,通过改变不同的外生变量即可得到不同的仿真结果。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性,可为军事装备发展政策提供决策支持。To analyze the military equipment development policy,the optimization model of system dynamics for military equipment development policy was set up.The military equipment development policy system is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively,and the interrelation of influence factor in the system was discussed.According to the diagram and flow chart of the military equipment development policy system,different simulation results were received by changing different external variables.And simulation results verified the validity of the method,which provided an availability decision-making sustain for military equipment development policy.
