摘　　要：对某厂15号锅炉投产以来一直存在的频繁掉焦灭火事故、助燃油量多、低负荷稳燃性能差等问题进行了全面地论述,并从结构等多方面进行了原因分析。介绍了新型的煤粉浓缩预热低NOx燃烧器,总结了使用煤粉浓缩预热低NOx燃烧器后一年多的运行效果,对使用煤种易结焦及变化较大的锅炉煤种具有重要的参考价值。This paper comprehensively expounds the problems occurring in #15 boiler in a plant since commissioning,such as frequent coke extinguishing,excessive combustion-supporting oil demand and non-stable combustion performance at low load,and then analyzes the reasons for these problems in respect to the structure.This paper also introduces PRP burner with low NOx emission and summarizes the effect of PRP burner after a year＇s operation,which may be meaningful for easy-coking coal type or coal of great diversity.
