摘　　要：报告1例蚊叮咬超敏病-EB病毒感染-天然杀伤细胞淋巴瘤综合征(HMB-EBV-NK病)。患儿女,14岁。间断出现夏季蚊咬后红斑、溃疡等严重反应8年,6年前患咽部NK/T淋巴瘤。皮损组织病理检查示真皮内淋巴样细胞(有轻度异形)和嗜酸性粒细胞浸润及血管纤维素样坏死;EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus,EBV)免疫组化阳性;外周血淋巴细胞比例高(58%),外周血抗EBV-CAIgG(+++),EBV-CAIgA(+),EBV-EAIgG(++),EBV-CAIgM(-),EBNA-1(-)。诊断为HMB-EBV-NK病。随访1年半,患儿于2009年11月因全身多脏器可疑占位、功能衰竭死亡。The first HMB-EBV-NK disease is reported in China and the literature reviewed. A fourteen-year-old girl began suffering from serious reaction such as erythema and ulcer after bites of mosquito 8 years ago, and she also suffered from o- ral NK/T lymphadenoma six years ago. Skin histopathology showed the infiltration of lymphoid cells with mild heteromorphosis and acidophil and fibrinoid necrosis of blood vessels in dermis and subcutaneous fatty tissue. Immunohistochemical study of EB virus was positive. The blood test showed that the percentage of lymphocytes was as high as 58% and some antibodies to EB virus positive, including EBV-CA IgG（＋＋＋）, EBV-CA IgA（＋）, EBV-EA IgG（＋＋）, EBV-CA IgM（-）, EBNA-I（-）. She was diagnosed as HMB-EBV-NK disease at last. After about one and a half year later, the patient died of multiple organ failure.
