摘　　要：报告1例皮脂腺瘤。患者女,27岁。头皮一肤色结节6年。皮损组织病理检查示肿瘤由一致的基底细胞样细胞组成,部分区域见皮脂腺细胞和导管状结构;细胞无明显异形和坏死,未见核分裂象。诊断为皮脂腺瘤。A case of sebaceous adenoma is reported. A 27-year-old female presented with skin-colored nodule on the scalp for 6 years. The histopathology of the lesion contained a dermal tumor composed of uniform basaloid cells with clusters of sebaceous gland cells and ductal structures with no mitoses, no obvious atypia and necrosis. The pathological feature of the case supported the diagnosis of sebaceous adenoma.
