摘  要:目的彩超引导下使用Mammotome微创系统对含钙化的乳腺病灶进行切除和活检,评价其临床应用价值。方法在彩色超声多普勒引导下对42处含钙化的乳腺病灶进行微创旋切,切除后的组织进行病理学检查。结果 42处病灶均在超声监测下切除,术后病理诊断良性病灶22例,包括乳腺纤维瘤13例,乳腺腺病7例,导管内乳头状瘤1例,乳腺脂肪坏死并钙化1例,20例恶性病变中浸润性导管癌17例,导管原位癌3例。结论超声引导下Mammotome微创系统对含钙化灶乳腺病变的切除具有重要的临床应用价值,尤其是对于临床触诊阴性的含钙化的乳腺病灶。Objective To evaluate the application of ultrasound guided Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy device in the diagnosis and treatment of calcifications in the breast lesions. Methods Fourty-two lesions were excisioned by sonographically guided Mammotome biopsy device,the resected specimens were sent for pathologic examination. Results Twenty-two lesions were diagnosed as benign lesions including 13 fibroadenoma, 7 adenosis, 1 ductal papilloma and 1 fat necrosis with calcifications, the lesions diagnosed as malignant including 17 invasive ductal carcino ma and 3 ductal carcinoma in situ. Conclusions Ultrasound guided Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy is a useful tool in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of calcifications in the breast lesions,especially for those non-palpabled lesions.
