关于加强高等职业院校教学管理队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：教学管理队伍建设是高等职业院校人才队伍建设的重要组成部分,建设一支高素质的教学管理队伍对提高人才培养质量至关重要。面对高等职业教育发展新要求,本文从加强教学管理队伍建设的必要性出发,分析了教学管理队伍建设存在的主要问题,提出了教学管理人员应具备的基本素质和加强教学管理队伍建设的建议。the teaching management team construction is the higher vocational colleges,the talented person troop construction,as an important part of the construction of a high-quality teaching management team to improve the personnel training quality are essential.Higher vocational education development face new request,this article from strengthening teaching management team construction,analyzes the necessity of teaching management team construction are the main problems and put forward the teaching management personnel should possess the basic qualities and strengthening teaching management team construction proposal.
