摘　　要：随着我国教育改革的不断深化,高校大学体育也在进行着深刻的改革与探索。体育教学模式的优化整合就是对体育教学活动中诸要素之间组合进行整体优化设计。研究大学体育教学模式优化整合,对推进普通高校大学体育改革具有重要的理论和实际意义。With the physical education reform deeply in China, College physical education is carrying on deep reform and exploration. Physical education teaching optimization of mode is to combine all key elements in carrying the whole optimization design to sports teaching activity. It has significant meaning to study the optimized integration of physical education teaching mode in promoting college physical education reform
