摘  要:导引养生功六字诀是中国传统养生文化的重要组成部分。选择中老年人30人,基本情况无显著性差异,并且自愿参加练习与测试。练习时间3个月,每周5次,每天早晨集体练习3遍,约1h。各指标在练功前检测一次,心理情感指标在练功点统一填写。结果表明:受试者身体形态有改善作用;对身体素质有明显改善;心血管功能有更明显效果;对中老年血脂有明显改善。可见,导引养生功六字诀对于中老人身心健康有着积极的作用。Liu Zi Jue Dao-yin Regimen plays a very important role in traditional Chinese health culture.Selecting 30 the elderly with voluntariness to exercise as research subjects whose constitution was not of significant difference,the thesis makes a lively experiment.By 3-month-exercise with the frequency of 5 times per week taking group training triply each morning lasting for an hour or so,the subjects develop a good state of their physical and mental healthy.Closely Comparing the physical indicators detected before the test time and psychological elements collected by filling a typical questionnaire with the ones got after the training,it's safely to say Liu Zi Jue Dao-yin Regimen plays an active part in helping middle aged senior citizens gain health.Their body shapes improve,the physical fitness better,the cardiovascular functions upgrade,blood lipids lower and the last but not the least.
