摘　　要：通过对惠州水东街保育活化规划研究,探索东江建筑文化在城市发展转型时期的传承与超越的模式;从城市整体发展需求出发,探索惠州水东街骑楼文化传承与保育规划的原则;关注惠州水东街保育规划在体现社会公平,构建惠州水东街的认同感与归属感等方面的有效性,关注公众参与的现实意义。Through the reseach of the conservation plan of Shuidong Street in Huizhou,the paper discussed to explore the inheritance and transcendence mode of the East River Architectural Culture in the transition period;from the development needs of the whole city,explore the rules of the conservation plan and the inheritance of culture of terraced building in Shuidong Street in Huizhou;focus on the social equality of the conservation planning in Shuidong Street in Huizhou;the effectiveness of building identity and sense of belonging of Shuidong Street in Huizhou and other aspects,concern the practical significance of public participation.
