摘　　要：目的:介绍由P-糖蛋白介导的药物相互作用研究进展。方法:以近几年国内、外有代表性的论文为依据,就P-糖蛋白性质、功能和作用机制在药物相互作用中的运用进行分析和评述。结果:发现P-糖蛋白可以介导抗肿瘤药、循环系统用药、抗生素类药、免疫调节剂、中枢神经系统用药等药物的相互作用。结论:由P-糖蛋白介导的药物相互作用研究不够深入,缺乏系统性研究。OBJECTIVE：To introduce the research progress on P-glycoprotein-mediated drug interactions.METHODS：Based on recent representative papers both at home and abroad,the properties,functions and action mechanism of P-glycoprotein and their application in drug interaction was analyzed and reviewed.RESULTS：P-glycoprotein was found to be able to mediate drug interactions of such drugs as anti-tumor drugs,circulatory system drugs,antibiotics,immunomodulators and central nervous system drugs etc.CONCLUSION：There is lack of in-depth and systematic research on the drug interactions mediated by P-glycoprotein.
