摘　　要：随着通信业的不断发展,数据业务激增,原有语音业务用户不断膨胀,用户和电信运营商之间的纽带一客户服务平台,已经不能满足现代业务的需求。为了及时了解客户的需求,向用户提供更优质更全面的客户服务,在原有客服平台基础上增加了用户信息自动化管理软件系统。该系统采用VB编程语言,可通过编程语言实现与Access数据库的前后台功能,操作界面友好,速度快,提高了客服工作的效率。With the continuous development of telecommunication industry,data business users surge,the original voice business users unceasing inflation,users and telecom operators link between——customer service platform cannot have satisfied modern business needs.In order to prompt understanding the needs of customers,provide better quality more comprehensive customer service,customer service platform based on original increased on the user＇s information automation management software system.This system using VB programming language,through programming language realization and Access database＇s function,user friendly,fast to increase the service efficiency.
