胃癌肿瘤细胞组织因子的表达与淋巴结转移的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨组织因子在胃癌肿瘤细胞中的表达与淋巴转移的关系。方法采用组织因子单抗对手术切除的胃癌及转移淋巴结的石蜡切片标本行免疫组化染色,对比阳性和阴性组间淋巴结转移、肝转移、肿瘤分期等的差异,以及原发灶和转移淋巴结的组织因子表达的差异。结果原发灶肿瘤细胞的TF阳性表达率为62.5(20/32),Duke分期越高,阳性表达率越高,阳性组淋巴结转移和肝转移率明显高于阴性组。转移淋巴结组织因子的阳性表达率为84.2(16/19),与原发灶的表达没有关系。结论组织因子在胃癌的原发灶和淋巴结转移灶中有较高的阳性表达率,对肿瘤的淋巴转移及淋巴结中肿瘤的生长有促进作用,组织因子阳性表达的肿瘤细胞可能具有淋巴转移的潜能。Objective To study the expression of the tissue factor（TF） in gastric cancer cells and its relation to lymph nodes metastasis.Methods Using anti-tissue factor antibody,immunohistochemical staining of TF antigen was obtained in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissue sections of gastric cancers and involved lymph node.The differences in metastases and stage between TF positive and negative groups and the difference in TF expressions between tumour and involved lymph nodes were examined.Methods TF positive expression was oberved in 62.5（20 /32） of patients.The higher Duke＇s stage,the higher positive TF expression rate.TF positive group had more involved lymph nodes and liver metastases than the negative group.TF expression rate of involves lymph nodes was 84.2（16 /19）,without relation to that of tumors.Conclusion TF expression was found high in gastric cancer and involved lymph nodes,and can promote lymph node metastasis and tumor cell growth in involved lymph nodes.TF expression in rumor cells may promote lymph node metastasis.
