CT尿路造影对先天性输尿管畸形的诊断

摘　　要：目的评价CT尿路造影（CTU）对先天性输尿管畸形的诊断价值及优势。方法搜集经CTU检查明确诊断和（或）经手术、病理证实的各种先天性输尿管畸形患者61例的CTU资料，评价其特征性表现及优势。结果61例共有9种畸形：①输尿管狭窄21例；②双输尿管1．8例；③巨输尿管8例；④腔静脉后输尿管6例；⑤输尿管囊肿5例；⑥输尿管开口异位5例；⑦输尿管闭锁及发育不全3例；⑧输尿管螺旋状瓣膜1例；⑨输尿管肾筋膜内折曲走行1例。结论CTU对各种先天性输尿管畸形具有100％的诊断准确率，诊断价值及优势明显。Objective To evaluate the value and superiority of computed tomography urography（CTU） in diagnosis of congenital abnormalities of the ureter. Methods The data of CTU of 61 cases with congenital abnormalities of the ureter diagnosed by CTU examination or proved by opreation or pathology were collected. CTU features of congenital abnormalities oS the ureter were analysed. Results Nine types of congenital abnormalities of the ureter were found in all cases,including stricture of the ureter in 21 eases,duplication of the ureter in 18 cases, megaloureter in 8 cases, retrocaval ureter in 6 cases, ureterocele in 5 cases, ectopic ureteral orifice in 5 cases, ureteral atresia and hypoplasia in 3 cases, bostrychoid valvule of the ureter in 1 case and crippling transition of the ureter in perinephric capsule in 1 case. Conclusion CTU is of significant value in diagnosing various congenital abnormalities of the ureter,the accurate rate is 100%.
