摘　　要：工学结合人才培养模式的改革,是全面提高高等职业教育教学质量的重要内容。安徽财贸职业学院应用电子技术专业通过探索与实践,把"工学结合"落实到实训基地建设、培养目标确定、课程体系设置、双师教师队伍建设、教学方法与考核方式改革等,从而提高人才培养质量。The reform in the student training mode of integration of work and learning is the main content of comprehensively improving the teaching quality of higher vocational education.Anhui Finance and Trade Vocational College puts ＂integration of work and learning＂ into construction of training bases,determination of training target,selection of courses,building of a strong contingent of two-qualification teachers,and reform of teaching and assessment methods in its specialty of applied electronic technology by way of exploration and practice so that its student training quality has been improved.
