摘　　要：中国企业面临的最大风险不是经营风险而是道德风险,企业自身道德自律和他律机制的缺失,严重阻碍企业自身的成长,也影响我国市场经济的发展。因而,重塑企业的道德价值观,增强其社会责任担当,已成为中国经济发展重要和紧迫的任务。The greatest risk Chinese companies are facing is not business risk but moral hazard.The lack of the enterprises moral self-discipline and heteronomy mechanism,not only has seriously hindered the growth of enterprises themselves,but also has affected the development of Chinese market economy.Therefore,the reshaping of the enterprises moral qualities and？the enhancement of their social responsibility,have become an important and urgent task of Chinese economic development.
