种植支抗牵引全牙弓后移的临床初探

摘　　要：目的临床使用种植支抗牵引全牙弓后移，治疗前牙拥挤或面型前突，探讨其可行性。方法选择19例应用种植支抗牵引全牙弓后移的病例，上颌种植支抗钉植入颧牙槽嵴区，下颌植入下颌骨外斜线，常规排齐整平后应用镍钛拉簧牵引全牙弓后移。结果16例病例成功完成矫治，3例因种植体支抗松动而失败。结论使用种植支抗牵引全牙弓后移是正畸临床的一种有效的矫治方法。Objective To discuss the feasibility of retraction of the whole dentition with skeletal anchorage to relieve crowding and improve facial profile. Methods Nineteen eases were included in this study. The skeletal anchorage implants were used to retract the whole dentition distally. Implants were placed on infrazygomatic crest in the maxilla and on huccal shelf in the mandible. Results Sixteen cases were treated successfully. Three cases were failed due to the lost of implants. Conclusions Retraction of the whole dentition with skeletal anchorage is effective in orthodontic treatment.
