摘 要:目的探讨弧形视野计和三棱镜测量斜视角的差异和其可能原因。方法水平共同性斜视250例,其中内斜视115例,男52例,女63例,平均年龄18.80±10.87岁;外斜视135例,男61例,女74例,平均年龄19.10±9.23岁。分别以三棱镜加遮盖法和弧形视野计同时行近距离(33cm)和远距离(6m)的斜视角测量。将数据输入SPSS13.0软件行统计学处理。结果内斜视的圆周度与三棱镜度的换算值:33cm:1°=2.46△~2.87△;6m:1°=2.30△~2.87△。外斜视圆周度与三棱镜度的换算值:33cm:1°=2.39△~2.70△;6m:1°=2.10△~2.63△。内斜视和外斜视的近距离和远距离的临床值同理论值的差异均有统计学意义(P=0.001);内斜视与外斜视的临床值间也有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论弧形视野计测量斜视角的临床值小于三棱镜测量的临床值;圆周度与三棱镜度的差异表现为随斜视角的增加而增大。内斜视的临床换算值大于外斜视。隐斜成分、融合力及三棱镜块本身的缺陷等是造成圆周度与三棱镜度差异的主要原因。Objective To investigate the feature and reasons of differences between arc perimeter strabismometry and triple prism strabismometry Methods There were 250 patients of horizontal concomitant squint involved,115 cases of esotropia,52 cases were men while 63 were women,with average age of 18.80±10.87 years old,and there were 135 cases of exotropia,61 cases were men while 74 were women,with average age of 19.10±9.23 years old.All the patients were examined by arc perimeter strabismometry and Prism plus shaded strabismometry in a short distance of 33cm and a long distance of 6m,datas were treated by spss13.0 Results In the esotropia patients,the conversions of circular degree(°) and prism degree(△) were: 33cm:1°=2.46△~2.87△,6m:1°=2.30△~2.87△,while in the exotropia patients the conversions were : 33cm:1°=2.39△~2.70△,6m:1°=2.10△~2.63△.There were statistically significant between clinic values and theoretical values of short distance and long distance in esotropia and exotropia patients,and Clinic values were statistically significant between esotropia patients and exotropia patients.Conclusions Clinic values by arc perimeter strabismometry are smaller than that by triple prism strabismometry,the diversity between the two methods is enlarged with the increase of angle of strabismus.Clinic values of esotropia patients are greater than that of exotropia patients.The primary causes of the differences between circular degree and prism degree are heterophoria、 fusion faculty and defects of the triple prism itself.
