国家安全视域下的高校国防教育改革

摘　　要：国防教育是维护国家安全和发展的重要环节,是提高国民素质的重要手段,是培养国防人才、增强部队战斗力的重要措施,是促进经济发展、增强国防实力的重要条件,是维护世界和平的重要保证。高校在维护国家安全问题上实施国防教育意义重大,在当前的形势下进行高校国防教育改革具有紧迫性和重要性。因此,要丰富高校国防教育的内容,强化高校国防教育的措施,从教学大纲、课程设置、教学手段、师资队伍建设等方面全面进行高校国防教育改革。Defense education is an important section to safeguard national security and development, a major way to improve national quality, a significant measure to educate college students with defense abilities to enhance troops fighting capacity, a condition to promote economic development to strengthen the national defense capabilities and a guarantee to maintain the world peace. Colleges are in the position of great significance at implementation of defense education on the issue of maintenance of national security. It is urgent and significant to carry out the reform on college national defense education under the current situation. Therefore, the reform of national defense education in college or university must be implemented through the aspects of teaching program, course offering, teaching tools and team construction in order to enrich the content of national defense education and strengthen its measures.
