烹调油烟对大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞的损伤作用

摘　　要：为探讨烹调油烟对大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞的影响。给大鼠吸入烹调油烟，采用支气管肺泡灌洗法获得大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞，进行检测。结果显示油烟组大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞数、膜流动性和吞噬功能均不同程度低于对照组。说明烹调油烟可以造成肺泡巨噬细胞损伤。To study the effects of cooking oil fume on alveolar macrophage in rats,the alveolar macrophage were obtained by bronchoalveolar lavage,then the damage of alveolar macropbage was detected.The results showed that the count,the memberane fluidity and phagocytosis rates of alveolar macrophage in rats exposed to cooking oil fume all decreased in different degree compared with controls.The results indicated that cooking oil fume could cause alveolar macrophage damage,which might play an important role in the relationship between cooking oil fume and lung cancer.
