摘　　要：随着市场经济的发展,各类组织对管理人才的需求量越来越大,且要求从业人员具有较高的素质和综合职业能力。传统教学方法已不能适应社会经济发展和企业的要求。加强实践教学环节,培养适应社会需要,具有实践能力和创新能力的高素质应用型人才,是高职院校课程改革的当务之急。With the development of market economy,the demand of types of organizations for management personnel is increasing,and it requires employees with high quality and comprehensive vocational ability.Traditional teaching methods can＇t meet the needs of the social and economic development and enterprises.It is urgent for higher vocational college curriculum reform to strengthen the practical teaching and train high-quality applied talents with practical and innovative ability to meet social needs.
