奎硫平治疗血管性痴呆患者精神症状的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:了解奎硫平治疗血管性痴呆患者精神症状的疗效。方法:对60例血管性痴呆伴精神症状的住院患者采用简易智能状态检查(MMSE)评估,低于24分者54例给予奎硫平治疗。在治疗前、治疗4周后,采用老年临床评定量表(SCAG)进行评定。结果:应用奎硫平治疗血管性痴呆患者的精神症状安全有效,剂量较小,治疗后SCAG各项因子明显改善。结论:奎硫平治疗血管性痴呆患者的精神症状有肯定的临床疗效。Objective：Solved the curative effect of quetiapine treatment blood vessel stupid sufferer spirit symptom.Methods：Adopted simple intelligence status check（MMSE） valuation to the hospitalized sufferer of 60 blood vessel stupid companion spirit symptom,low 54 gave the quetiapine treatment during 24 cents.Before curing,cured after 4 weeks,the adoption old age was clinical to assess to measure form（SCAG） to carry on assessing.Results：Applied the spirit symptom of quetiapine even treatment blood vessel stupid sufferer the safety was effective,the amount of was smaller,and SCAG each factor obviously improved after the treatment.Conclusion：The spirit symptom of quetiapine treatment blood vessel stupid sufferer contains affirmative clinical curative effect.
