摘　　要：从人力资源的视角来看,农民工无疑是我国人力资源的宝库,但由于多种原因,造成我国农民工人力资源开发和培训落后,培训覆盖率低,即使得到的培训也大多是临时的、短期的、技术含量低的简单技能培训,使农民工缺乏择业竞争力,造成农民工就业难,所以我国农民工急需培训。There is no doubt that peasant workers in our country are big treasure s in the view of human resource.However,peasant workers＇ development and trai ning in our country is short because of many reasons.The rate of their training is low.Though some of them accepted training,their training was temporary,s hort term and simple skills which made peasant workers lack of competition abilit y in job hunting,so peasant workers in our country extremely need training.
