浅谈外军学员的院校管理和社会管理

摘　　要：论述了管理及外军学员院校管理和社会管理的概念和基本内容,在研究外军学员特点和社会活动内容的基础上,提出院校管理是外军学员管理工作的核心,也是外军学员社会管理的基础;外军学员的社会管理实质是院校管理延伸的观点,并提出了改进外军学员管理工作的方法。This paper discusses the concept and essential content of management,institute management and social management of foreign military students.Based on the research characteristics of foreign military students and content of social activities,puts forward the viewpoint that institute management is the core of foreign military student management.Meanwhile,social management of foreign military students is the extended content of institute management.Subsequently,it expounds essential job category of foreign military student management and basic approaches for better management.
