摘 要:目的探讨Bmi-1在子宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用RT-PCR方法检测子宫颈癌中Bmi-1 mRNA表达,采用免疫组织化学法检测子宫颈癌中Bmi-1蛋白的表达情况。结果本组所有的子宫颈癌(100.0%)和绝大多数正常子宫颈组织(91.7%)都表达Bmi-1 mRNA,定量分析其在子宫颈癌中的表达量明显高于正常子宫颈组织(P<0.05),Bmi-1蛋白仅在子宫颈癌中散在表达。结论 Bmi-1是干细胞基因,其在子宫颈癌中的表达提示子宫颈癌干细胞的存在,其可能为子宫颈癌治疗的一个潜在靶点。Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significances of Bmi-1 in human cervical carcinoma.Methods The expressions of Bmi-1 mRNA in cervical carcinoma tissues were evaluated by RT-PCR and the expressions of Bmi-1 protein in cervical carcinoma tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results Bmi-1 mRNA was expressed in all cervical carcinomas(100%) and most of normal cervixs(91.7%).The expressions of Bmi-1 mRNA were higher in cervical carcinomas than those in normal cervixes(P0.05),but the sporadic expressions of Bmi-1 protein were only detected in cervical carcinoma.Conclusion Bmi-1 is a stem cell gene;its expressions indicate the existence of cervical cancer stem cell,which may be a potential target for cervical carcinoma therapy.
