摘　　要：目的:探讨分析口腔粘膜恶性黑色素瘤的有效治疗方法及其预后。方法:对46例口腔粘膜恶性黑色素瘤病例的临床表现、治疗方法及预后进行回顾性研究。结果:全组总的5年生存率为21.74%,其中临床Ⅰ-Ⅱ期、Ⅲ-Ⅳ期5年生存率分别为53.85%(7/13)、9.09%(3/33),差异有极显著性(P<0.01);单纯手术组5年生存率为7.14%(1/14),与手术+冷冻组10%(1/10)比较无明显统计学差异(P>0.05),与综合治疗组36.36%(8/22)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔粘膜恶性黑色素瘤预后很差,以手术、冷冻方法为主,术后辅以化疗及免疫治疗的综合治疗是目前口腔粘膜恶性黑色素瘤的重要治疗手段。Objective： To explore the effective methods of the treatment of oral mucosa melanomas by reviewing 46 cases of patients. Method： A retrospective research of 46 eases with oral mucosa melanoma was done , and we recorded and estimated the clinical symptom, therapeutic methods and prognostic factors. Result： The overall 5-year survival rate was 21.74 % , the 5-year survival rate in Ⅰ - Ⅱ period and Ⅲ-Ⅳ period was 53.85% （7/13 ） ,9.09% （3/30） ,there＇s significant difference （ P 〈0.01 ） ;The 5-year surviv-al rate in comprehensive treatment group was 36.36% （8/22） ,It was significantly higher than that 7.14% （ 1/14 ）in the surgical treatment group. Conclusion： The prognosis of melanoma is very poor , and comprehensive therapies of operation , cryosurgery and immunotherapy should be advocated.
