摘　　要：以人为本作为科学发展观的本质和核心,也是高校办学的核心价值理念。高校管理要坚持以人为本,尤其要坚持以学生为本。人本管理作为知识经济时代的核心,充分彰显了高校的人本理念和人文精神。当前,研究和应用高校学生教育管理中人本管理,构建适合我国国情的高校人本管理模式,对营造人性化、和谐的校园文化,切实提高高校学生教育管理效度,提高高校教育管理工作的层次和水平都大有裨益。People-oriented is the essence and core of scientific outlook on development,and also the core values of school running.College management should insist on people-oriented,especially student-oriented.People-oriented management,as the core of knowledge economy age,fully shows people-oriented concept and humanities spirit of college.At present,research and application of people-oriented concept in student education and management in colleges is significant to construct people-oriented management model of college adapted to China＇s actual condition,create people-oriented and harmonious campus culture,improve validity of student education and management of college,and promote management level of education and management of college.
