摘　　要：新形势下高校大学生思想政治教育工作面临很多新情况,新问题,高校传统的以显性的思想政治教育和刚性的管理为主的学生工作模式已经很难满足社会、教育和学生发展的需要,要求高校学生思想政治工作必须做出适应性的转变,深入研究和把握大学生自身及其组织的特点,开展好大学生思想教育工作。There are many problems in college students＇ ideological and political education under new situation.The traditional ideological and political education and rigid management can not meet the demand of society,education and students＇ development,which need adaptive changes on college students＇ ideological and political education,deep research and grasping the characteristics of colleger and organization,and doing well colleger＇s ideological and political education.
