摘　　要：论文通过分析企业档案工作制度建设的现状及其存在问题,提出企业档案工作制度建设有待进一步深化,应寻求系统的制度理论为指导。由此,引入新制度主义理论,希望吸收、借鉴其中的部分理论成果,为企业档案工作制度建设提供指导。Through analyzing the present situation and existing problems of the system construction in enterprise＇s archives work, this article pointed out the enterprise should further deepen system construction around archives work and find theoretical guidance. Therefore, we introduced the new institutionalism theory and learned its theoretical results in order to provide guidance to system construction.
