摘　　要：目的对简易兔视网膜脱离模型制作方法进行改进。方法对12只(24眼)中国大白兔,均施行兔的视网膜脱离形成手术,从麻醉、玻璃体的取出到手术操作方法进行改进,并观察其自然复位情况。结果经改进后,玻璃体可取出0.8～1.2mL。24只兔眼均发生完全性视网膜脱离,玻璃体出血1眼,视网膜下出血2眼;造模后7d,9眼后极部复位,但周边部仍然脱离,其他眼呈浅脱离状态;14d,所有兔眼后极部视网膜平伏,但周边部,尤其裂孔周围,仍见视网膜脱离。结论经过改进后,减少了晶状体混浊的发生。通过更多的去除玻璃体,能够更长时间的维持视网膜脱离状态。Objective To improve a simplified model of retinal detachment in rabbits.MethodsTwenty-four eyes of 12 white rabbits were taken retinal detachment.Improvement were taken from anesthesia,out of vitreous to operative method.Conditions of natural reposition were observed.ResultsAfter improvement,vitreous could be removed of 0.8 mL to 1.2 mL.A total of 24 eyes were with complete retinal detachment,and 1 eye with vitreous hemorrhage.At 7 days after modeling,posterior pole of 9 eyes were with reposition,but perimeter were still separate,and the other eyes were with low detachment.At 14 days after modeling,retina became flat at posterior pole in all rabbit eyes,but retinal detachment was also found at perimeter,especially around slit pores.ConclusionsAfter improvement,the incidence of lens opacification can be induced.With removing more vitreous,the condition of retinal detachment can be retained for a longer time.
