摘　　要：目的定量分析正常人群的角膜密度值,探讨角膜密度与年龄及角膜厚度的关系。方法 对224眼健康眼按年龄段和角膜厚度进行分组,利用OCULUSPentacam眼前节分析仪获取三维图像,测量角膜顶点垂直轴线上角膜的最大密度值。观察各个年龄段及不同角膜厚度受检者的角膜密度值,并对结果进行相关回归分析。结果 224眼健康眼角膜平均密度值为21.91±3.34,年龄和角膜厚度均与角膜密度呈正相关(r=0.5643,P<0.0001;r=0.2004,P=0.0026)。角膜密度(Y)与年龄(X1)和角膜厚度(X2)的回归方程为:Y=18.9420+0.0882X1,Y=500.78+1.8801X2;进行多元相关回归分析得到回归方程为:Y=2.3424+0.0943X1+0.0303X2(R2=0.3972,F=72.87,P<0.0001)。结论 角膜密度随年龄增长呈递增趋势,并且角膜越厚,角膜密度值越大。可以根据年龄、角膜厚度估算角膜密度,客观评估角膜的受损程度。Objective To investigate the correlation of corneal density and age with corneal thickness by quantitatively analyzing the corneal density values of normal people. Methods Two hundred and twenty-four eyes were divided into different groups according to the patients＇ age and corneal thickness. The maximum corneal density at vertical axis of corneal vertex was measured with dimensional image by OCULUS Pentacam anterior eye segment analyzer. The corneal density values were observed in different age groups and corneal thickness groups, and the results were taken correlation and regression analysis. Results The average density value was 21.91 ± 3.34 in 224 healthy eyes, and positive correlation was found for age and corneal thickness with corneal density （r = 0. 564 3,P 〈 0. 000 1 ;r = 0. 200 4 ,P=0.002 6）. The density can be estimated according to the following regression equation, where Y represents density and X1 represents age ,X2 represents corneal thickness： Y = 18. 942 0 ± 0. 088 2 X1, Y = 500. 78 ± 1. 880 1 X2. The multiple regression correlation equation： Y = 2. 342 4 ± 0. 094 3 X1 ± 0. 030 3 X2 （R2 = 0. 397 2, F = 72. 87, P 〈 0. 000 1 ）. Conclusions Corneal density increase with age, the thicker the corneal, the bigger the corneal density value. Corneal density can be calculated with age and corneal thickness to objectively evaluate the damage of cornea.
