摘 要:目的比较自动角膜曲率计、角膜地形图与光学相干生物测量仪IOLMaster测量角膜曲率的差异。方法 收集我院2010年8月至11月屈光手术前近视患者157例(314眼),其中男113例(226眼),女44例(88眼),同时用自动角膜曲率计、角膜地形图和光学相干生物测量仪IOLMaster测量角膜曲率,进行临床比较,并分析不同性别间的角膜曲率差异。结果 自动角膜曲率计、角膜地形图和IOLMaster测量角膜曲率值男性患者分别为(42.40±1.43)D、(43.41±1.46)D、(43.27±1.44)D,女性患者分别为(43.22±1.32)D、(44.29±1.30)D、(44.23±1.34)D,性别间差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05),男性患者角膜曲率低于女性患者。用自动角膜曲率计、角膜地形图和IOLMaster3种仪器测量角膜曲率结果分别为(42.65±1.45)D、(43.65±1.44)D、(43.55±1.45)D,3种仪器测量结果比较,角膜地形图测量值和IOLMaster测量值接近,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。自动角膜曲率计测量值最低,比角膜地形图测量值偏低1.00D,比IOLMaster低0.90D,与角膜地形图和IOLMas-ter测量值分别比较,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。结论 自动角膜曲率计、角膜地形图与IOLMaster对近视患者角膜曲率检查结果存在一定差异;男性患者角膜曲率低于女性患者。作为一种新型的生物测量仪,IOLMaster在屈光手术前角膜曲率测量中有一定价值。Objective To analyze the difference of keratometric readings obtained from auto keratometer, TMS corneal topography system and IOLMaster in myopic patients, Method The corneal curvatures were measured with auto keratometer, TMS corneal topography system and IOLMaster respectively in 157 ( 314 eyes) patients in our hospital from August 2010 to November 2010. There were 113 male ( 225 eyes) and 44 female( 88 eyes). The differences of corneal curvatures were compared between male and female. Results The average keratometric readings with auto keratometer, TMS corneal topography system and IOLMaster were (42.40 ±1.43 ) D, (43.41 ± 1.46 ) D, (43.27 ± 1.44) D in males and (43.22 ± 1.32 ) D, ( 44.29 ± 1.30) D, (44. 23 ± 1.34 ) D in females respectively. There were statistical differences between male and female in corneal curvature ( all P 〈 0. 05). The corneal curvature was higher in female than in male. The average keratometric readings obtained from auto keratometer,TMS corneal topography and IOLMaster were (42.65± 1.45)D, (43.65 ± 1.44) D and (43.55 ± 1.45 ) D,respeetively. TMS corneal topography and IOLMaster had the similar measurements, but no difference was found (P 〉 0.05 ). The measurement of corneal curvature obtained from auto keratometer was lower I. 0 D than that from TMS corneal topography and 0.9 D than IOLMaster (both P 〈 0.05). There were statistical differences for auto keratometer compared with the other two methods ( both P 〈 0. 05 ). Conelusions The measurements of corneal curvature show different variation with auto keratometer, TMS corneal topography and IOLMaster. The corneal curvature is higher in female than in male. IOLMaster is a clinically useful tool in evaluating corneal curvature.
