摘　　要：目的观察大败毒胶囊联合异维A酸治疗重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法将入选的82例患者按就诊顺序分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服大败毒胶囊、泰尔丝;对照组仅口服泰尔丝。两组疗程均为8周。结果治疗组有效率为88.10%,对照组为62.50%;治疗组复发5例,对照组复发13例,两组患者的有效率和复发率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P均<0.05)。结论大败毒胶囊联合泰尔丝治疗重度痤疮疗效较好,复发率低。Objective To investigate the efficacy of dabaidu capsule combining with isotretinoin in the treatment of severe acne. Methods Eighty-two patients with severe acne were divided into two groups randomly： Treatment group was administrated with dabaidu capsule and isotretinoin while Control group with isotretinoin only; Results In treatment group, the effective rate was 88.10%. In the control group, the effective rate was 62.50%, There was a significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups. Recurrence rate was 5/24 in treatment group and 13/14 in the control group; there was a significance difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups. Conclusion Compared with the control group, dabaidu capsule combi- ning with isotretinoin in the treatment of acne was more effective and has a lower recurrence rate.
