肾癌组织MMP-10和VEGF表达及其临床意义的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究MMP-10和VEGF在肾癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学技术SP法检测56例肾细胞癌(其中20例伴发淋巴结转移)及10例距癌旁>2 cm正常肾组织的MMP-10和VEGF表达,并分析其与MVD等临床病理参数的关系。结果:56例肾细胞癌组织中MMP-10和VEGF的阳性表达率分别为66.1%和73.2%,明显高于正常肾组织的20.0%和30.0%。两者比较差异有统计学意义,P值分别为0.003和0.008。MMP-10和VEGF的表达与肾细胞癌的分期、淋巴结转移及MVD有关,P<0.05;而与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤的大小和病理类型无关,P>0.05。MMP-10与VEGF在肾癌组织中表达呈正相关,r=0.315,P<0.05。结论:MMP-10和VEGF在肾细胞癌组织中的高表达与肾癌的血管生成相关。OBJECTIVE： To study the role and clinical significance of matrix metalloproteinase-10 （MMP-10） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in the occurrence and development of renal cell carcinoma. METHODS： The expression of MMP-10 and VEGF were investigated by immunohistochemistry in 56 examples of renal carcinoma tissue, including 20 cases with lymph metastasis and compared the results with those in 10 normal tissues （more than 2 cm away from focus）. RESULTS： The expression positive rates for MMP- 10 and VEGF in 56 renal carcinoma tissues were 66.1% and 73.2%, respectively. They were much higher than those in normal tissues（20. 0% and 30.0%, respectively）. The differences had remarkable statisticallysignificant （P = 0. 003; P = 0. 008）. The expression of MMP-10 and VEGF were related with the stages of tumor, lymphatic metastasis, and MVD （P〈0. 05）. But the differences among different pathological type of renal carcinomas had no statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The expression of MMP-10 correlated with VEGF in renal eell carcinoma（r= 0. 315, P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION.. The high expression of MMP-10 and VEGF in renal cell carcinoma is closely related with malignant, metastasis and angiogenesis of the tumor.
