摘　　要：目的:观察地灵丹对马兜铃酸所致肾小管上皮细胞损伤的干预作用,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:制备地灵丹含药血清加入体外培养的肾小管上皮细胞中,观察细胞增殖,检测NAG酶水平,TGF-β1含量。结果:地灵丹改善马兜铃酸对细胞增殖的抑制作用,减轻细胞毒作用,降低肾小管上皮细胞的TGF-β1分泌。结论:地灵丹对马兜铃酸所致肾小管上皮损伤有保护作用。Objective To observe the effects of the Chinese herbal formula Dilingdan on renal tubular epithelial cell injury induced by aristolochic acid and explore its possible mechanism of action.Methods The serum containing the effective elements of Dilingdan was prepared before experiment.The renal tubular epithelial cells were cultured in vitro incubating with the serum containing Dilingdan.The capability of cell proliferation was detected.The content of the NAG enzyme and TGF-β1 were measured.Results Dilingdan can improve the inhibition effect of the aristolochic acid on cell proliferation,reduce cytotoxicity and decrease the TGF-β1 secretion of the renal tubular epithelial cells.Conclusion Dilingdan has a protective effect on the renal tubule injury induced by aristolochic acid.
