摘　　要：生物信息学是一门新兴的交叉学科,在生命科学研究的诸多方面发挥着重要的作用,掌握生物信息学的基本理论和方法对医学院学生具有重要的意义。针对医学院校生物信息学教学现状,分析了生物信息学实践课的重要性和教学中存在的问题,对具体的教学实施进行了初步探讨,为生物信息学课程教学提供了参考。Bioinformatics is an emerging interdisciplinary field and has played an important role in many aspects of life science.It is important for medical students to master the basic theories and methods of bioinformatics.In this paper,the importance and the existing problems of practical course of bioinformatics for medical students were analyzed,and the implementation of teaching process,which provided valuable information for the course teaching in bioinformatics,was discussed.
