润肺丸的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立润肺丸的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中连翘、甘草、麻黄、金银花、山楂进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对方中的连翘苷进行含量测定,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以乙腈-水(21∶79)为流动相;检测波长为277 nm。结果本品薄层色谱斑点清晰、专属性强。连翘苷含量测定线性范围为0.419 6-1.678 4μg;平均回收率为98.80%;RSD值为2.33%。结论定性鉴别和含量测定方法准确可行,重复性好,可有效地控制润肺丸的质量。Objective To establish a quality standard of Runfei pill. Methods Forsythia,licorice,ephedra,honeysuckle and hawthorn were qualitatively identified in Runfei pill by thin layer chromatography（TLC）.The content of phillyrin in Runfei pill was determined by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）.ODS C18 column was used with acetonitrile-water（21∶79） as mobile phase,and the UV detection wavelength was set at 277 nm. Results Thin layer chromatography showed clear spots and high specificity.The calibration curve was linear for phillyrin in the range of 0.419 6-1.678 4 μg.The average recovery was 98.80%,and RSD was 2.33%. Conclusion The methods are accurate and reliable,and could be used for the quality control of Runfei pill.
