血管内皮生长因子及基质金属蛋白酶在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及与微血管密度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2)和微血管密度(MVD)与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的相关性。方法:应用免疫组化法检测VEGF、MMP-2在非小细胞肺癌组织及正常肺组织中的表达水平并计数微血管密度。结果:NSCLC组织中VEGF及MMP-2阳性表达率和MVD值显著高于正常肺组织(P<0.05),VEGF、MMP-2的阳性表达率和MVD值与非小细胞肺癌临床分期和淋巴结转移具有相关性,与肿瘤病理类型无关。结论:非小细胞肺癌组织中VEGF、MMP-2及MVD明显升高,与临床分期及有无淋巴结转移有关,对判断预后有重要意义。Objective： To study the relation among the expression of VEGF, MMP - 2 and MVD in nonsmall - cell lung cancer. Methods： Immunohistochemistry was emplpyed to measure the expression of VEGF, MMP - 2 and MVD in nonsmall - cell lung cancer and normal lung tissues. Results：The expressions of VEGF, MMP -2 and MVD between nonsmall -cell lung cancer and normal lung tissues were significantly different （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and were related with clinical stage and metastasis of lymphaden, but were not related with pathology type. Conclusion：The express of VEGF and MMP- 2 in nonsmall - cell lung cancer is obviously high, and are related with the occurrence and progress of nonsmall - cell lung cancer.
