摘 要:为研究一体式膜生物反应器中不同膜组件结构形式的膜面污染成分和膜面污染的形成机制,采用扫描电镜、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、XRF分析对膜面污染层进行了检测.结果表明:膜污染主要发生在表层,无机盐、胞外聚合物、微生物细胞和污泥絮体吸附并沉积在膜表面,共同形成粘附性强的滤饼层;无机盐和微生物细菌(丝状菌)形成整体架构;胞外聚合物起到黏合、填充的作用;多糖和蛋白质是膜表面有机污染的主要成分.膜污染会导致较高的工作膜压力,而较高的膜压力会破坏膜丝内部架构.In order to investigate the components and forming mechanism of membrane surface fouling of different membrane module structure form in submerged membrane bioreactor, scanning electron microscope, Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) sectroscopy, and X- ray fluorescenee(XRF) were applied to analyze the membrane surface fouling layer. The results showed that the membrane pollution occured mainly on the surface, inorganic salts, EPS, microorganisms and sludge floc could adsorb and deposit on the membrane sur/ace, then form a cake layer with good adhesivity. Among them, inorganic salts and microorganisms formed the integrated network architecture; EPS played the role of filling and bonding; and polysaccharides and protein were the main component of organic pollution on the membrane surface. Moreover, membrane fouling would lead to high working pressure which could destroy the structure inside the membrane.
