摘　　要：称模M为G*-补模,若对于M的任意子模L,存在M的补子模N,使得L+N/L《L/M,L+N/N《M/N.给出G*-补模的一些性质,并证明对于M=M1M2,其中M1和M2是G*-补模.若M1是M2-sjective(或M2是M1-sjective),则M是G*-补模.A module M was called G^＊-supplemented if for every submodule L of M,there existed a supplement submodule N of M such that L＋N/L《L/M,L＋N/N《M/N.Some properties of G^＊-supplemented modules were given and it was proved that M1 and M2 would be G^＊-supplemented modules if M=M1＋M2.if M1 was M2-sjective（or M2 was M1-sjective）,then M would be a G^＊-supplemented module.
