摘　　要："对话"是思想政治理论课教学中常用的方法,方法中有理念、有规律、有智慧、有技能、有技巧、有境界,理解其理念,把握其规律,感悟其智慧,掌握其技能、技巧,升华其境界,才能恰当实施,发挥其应有的效用。Application of dialogistical method in Ideological and Political Theory Course is a common teaching approach that includes concept,rule,wisdom,skills and techniques.The paper proposes that we must handle the relations from the following aspects：understanding the concept,grasping the rule,reflecting the wisdom,mastering the skills and techniques as well as sublimating teachers＇ state.
